Ingredients
- 🍞 Bun – 2 pieces
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🧈 Ghee/Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🌾 Prepare parota dough with flour, salt, and water. Roll out into a circle.
- 🔥 Cook parota on a hot pan with ghee/oil until golden brown on both sides.
- 🔪 Cut the bun horizontally into two halves.
- 🌿 Stuff the parota inside the bun halves along with onions, cilantro, and green chilies.
- ♨️ Serve bun parota hot.
