Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bun – 2 pieces
  • 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🧈 Ghee/Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🌾 Prepare parota dough with flour, salt, and water. Roll out into a circle.
  • 🔥 Cook parota on a hot pan with ghee/oil until golden brown on both sides.
  • 🔪 Cut the bun horizontally into two halves.
  • 🌿 Stuff the parota inside the bun halves along with onions, cilantro, and green chilies.
  • ♨️ Serve bun parota hot.
