- 🥜 Roasted Soybean Powder (Injeolmi) – ½ cup

Instructions
- 🍚 Mix glutinous rice flour, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 💦 Gradually add water, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
- ♨️ Steam the batter for about 15 minutes, or until it becomes translucent and sticky.
- 🔪 Cut the steamed mochi into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 🥜 Coat each piece generously with roasted soybean powder (injeolmi) and serve.
