Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Chicken/Mutton/Veg – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – 2-3, slit
- 🌿 Mint & Coriander Leaves – handful
- 🥄 Briyani Masala – 3 tbsp
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate the main ingredient (chicken/mutton/veg) with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and briyani masala.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- 🥘 Add marinated ingredient and cook until partially done.
- 🍚 Layer rice and the cooked mixture in a pot. Add mint, coriander, and lemon juice.
- ⏳ Cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked and the flavors are infused. Serve hot.
