Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍗 Chicken/Mutton/Veg – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, sliced
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – 2-3, slit
  • 🌿 Mint & Coriander Leaves – handful
  • 🥄 Briyani Masala – 3 tbsp
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Marinate the main ingredient (chicken/mutton/veg) with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and briyani masala.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • 🥘 Add marinated ingredient and cook until partially done.
  • 🍚 Layer rice and the cooked mixture in a pot. Add mint, coriander, and lemon juice.
  • ⏳ Cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked and the flavors are infused. Serve hot.
