Ingredients

  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
  • 🧅 Shallots – 1, minced
  • 🍷 White wine – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • 🧅 Sauté shallots until softened, about 2 minutes.
  • 🍷 Add white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 1 minute.
  • 🌊 Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
