Ingredients
- 🌊 Scallops – 8 large
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧅 Shallots – 1, minced
- 🍷 White wine – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 🧅 Sauté shallots until softened, about 2 minutes.
- 🍷 Add white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 1 minute.
- 🌊 Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
