Ingredients
- 🧠 Brain – cleaned and cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
- 💛 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- ❤️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 💚 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilies.
- 🧅 Sauté chopped onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- 💛 Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder and sauté for a minute.
- 🧠 Add brain pieces and mix gently. Cook on low heat, covered, until done.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
