Ingredients

  • 🧠 Brain – cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
  • 💛 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • ❤️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 💚 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • 🧅 Sauté chopped onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • 💛 Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder and sauté for a minute.
  • 🧠 Add brain pieces and mix gently. Cook on low heat, covered, until done.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
