Ingredients

  • ๐Ÿ– Mutton Boti (Tripe/Meat) โ€“ 500g, thoroughly cleaned
  • ๐Ÿง… Onions โ€“ 2 large, finely sliced
  • ๐Ÿ… Tomatoes โ€“ 2 medium, chopped
  • ๐Ÿง„ Ginger-Garlic Paste โ€“ 1 tbsp
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Green Chilies โ€“ 2-3, slit
  • ๐Ÿง‚ Spices (Turmeric, Chili, Cumin, Coriander) โ€“ 1 tsp each
  • ๐ŸŒฟ Fresh Cilantro โ€“ a handful, chopped
  • ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ Cooking Oil โ€“ 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿงผ Clean the boti thoroughly and pressure cook with water and turmeric until tender.
  • ๐Ÿณ Heat oil in a pan and sautรฉ onions and green chilies until golden brown.
  • ๐Ÿ… Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cooking until they soften and oil separates.
  • ๐Ÿฅ˜ Toss in the cooked boti and dry spices, stirring well to coat the meat evenly.
  • โœจ Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
