Ingredients
- ๐ Mutton Boti (Tripe/Meat) โ 500g, thoroughly cleaned
- ๐ง Onions โ 2 large, finely sliced
- ๐ Tomatoes โ 2 medium, chopped
- ๐ง Ginger-Garlic Paste โ 1 tbsp
- ๐ถ๏ธ Green Chilies โ 2-3, slit
- ๐ง Spices (Turmeric, Chili, Cumin, Coriander) โ 1 tsp each
- ๐ฟ Fresh Cilantro โ a handful, chopped
- ๐ข๏ธ Cooking Oil โ 3 tbsp
Instructions
- ๐งผ Clean the boti thoroughly and pressure cook with water and turmeric until tender.
- ๐ณ Heat oil in a pan and sautรฉ onions and green chilies until golden brown.
- ๐ Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cooking until they soften and oil separates.
- ๐ฅ Toss in the cooked boti and dry spices, stirring well to coat the meat evenly.
- โจ Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
