Ingredients

  • 🥩 Bone-in Ribeye Steak – 1 inch thick
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 2 sprigs
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Black Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Sear ribeye in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned on all sides.
  • 🌿 Add rosemary and garlic to the skillet. Baste the steak with the infused oil.
  • 🧂 Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • ♨️ Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and cook to desired doneness (about 10-15 minutes for medium-rare).
  • ✨ Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
