Ingredients
- 🥩 Bone-in Ribeye Steak – 1 inch thick
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🌿 Fresh Rosemary – 2 sprigs
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Black Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Sear ribeye in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned on all sides.
- 🌿 Add rosemary and garlic to the skillet. Baste the steak with the infused oil.
- 🧂 Season generously with salt and pepper.
