Ingredients

  • ðŸĶī Beef bones – 2 lbs
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, quartered
  • ðŸĨ• Carrots – 2 medium, chopped
  • ðŸŒŋ Celery – 2 stalks, chopped
  • 💧 Water – 8 cups
  • 🍎 Apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • ðŸŒķïļ Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • ðŸ”Ĩ Roast bones at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes for deeper flavor.
  • ðŸĨ˜ Place roasted bones, onion, carrots, and celery in a large stockpot.
  • 💧 Add water and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 4 hours.
  • ðŸĨ„ Skim off any foam that rises to the surface during simmering.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Strain broth before serving.
