Ingredients
- 🥔 Gnocchi – 500g, store-bought or homemade
- 🧀 Blue cheese – 100g, crumbled
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh sage – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook gnocchi according to package directions until they float to the surface.
- 🧈 While gnocchi cooks, melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- 🔥 Reduce heat, add cream and blue cheese; stir until cheese melts into a smooth sauce.
- 🍝 Add cooked gnocchi and sage to the sauce; toss gently to coat.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately with a sprinkle of black pepper.
