Ingredients

  • 🥔 Gnocchi – 500g, store-bought or homemade
  • 🧀 Blue cheese – 100g, crumbled
  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh sage – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Cook gnocchi according to package directions until they float to the surface.
  • 🧈 While gnocchi cooks, melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • 🔥 Reduce heat, add cream and blue cheese; stir until cheese melts into a smooth sauce.
  • 🍝 Add cooked gnocchi and sage to the sauce; toss gently to coat.
  • 🍽️ Serve immediately with a sprinkle of black pepper.
