Ingredients
- π₯ Eggs β large, free-range
- π§ GruyΓ¨re Cheese β grated
- π₯ Heavy Cream β full-fat
- π Black Truffle β thinly sliced or truffle oil
- π Bread β thick slices, brioche or similar
- π§ Butter β unsalted
- π§ Salt & Pepper β to taste
Instructions
- π Butter the bread and toast lightly.
- π₯ Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- π§ Add GruyΓ¨re cheese to the egg mixture.
- π₯ Melt butter in a pan, pour in egg mixture and cook over low heat, stirring gently.
- π Once the eggs are softly set, top with black truffle slices or drizzle with truffle oil. Serve immediately with toasted bread.
