Ingredients
- 🍠 Taro – peeled and cubed
- 🍚 Rice Flour – for binding
- ⚫ Black Sesame Seeds – for flavor
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – for moisture
- 🍬 Sugar – for sweetness
- 💧 Water – for steaming
Instructions
- 🍠 Steam taro until soft. Mash it well.
- ⚫ Combine mashed taro with rice flour, black sesame seeds, sugar and coconut milk.
- 🥣 Mix well until you get a smooth batter.
- ♨️ Pour batter into a greased cake pan and steam for about 40 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🔪 Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
