Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – 200g, cut into small cubes
- 🥣 Quinoa – 1 cup, rinsed thoroughly
- ⚫ Black Pepper – 1.5 tsp, freshly cracked
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, thinly sliced
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp for cooking
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh Cilantro – a handful, chopped
Instructions
- 💧 Simmer quinoa in two cups of water until fluffy, then set aside.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sear paneer cubes until golden on all sides.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and onions with black pepper until fragrant and soft.
- 🥘 Fold in the cooked quinoa and paneer, mixing gently to combine flavors.
