- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- 💧 Vegetable Broth – 3 cups
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and black garlic in oil until fragrant.
- 🥕 Add carrots and mixed vegetables; cook for 5 mins.
- 🍚 Stir in rice and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
- simmer covered until liquid absorbed and rice is tender.
