Ingredients

  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
  • 🧄 Black Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red Pepper Flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
  • 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated, for serving
  • Olive Oil – 3 tbsp
  • 💧 Pasta Water – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • 💧 Cook spaghetti according to package directions, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • 🧄 While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan. Add minced black garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until fragrant.
  • 🍝 Add cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss to coat with the black garlic oil.
  • 💧 Add reserved pasta water to create a light sauce. Toss until emulsified.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. ✨
