Ingredients
- 🐟 Black cod fillets – 2
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Mirin – 2 tbsp
- 🍾 Sake – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp grated
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate black cod in soy sauce, mirin, sake, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a grill.
- 🍳 If baking, place marinated cod on a baking sheet. If grilling, lightly oil the grill.
- ⏲️ Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
- 🍽️ Serve immediately with rice and vegetables.
