Ingredients

  • 🫘 Black beans – canned, drained & rinsed
  • 🌽 Sweetcorn – canned or frozen
  • 🥑 Avocado – mashed
  • 🥭 Mango – diced
  • 🌶️ Chilli – finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍔 Burger buns
  • 🧂 Spices – cumin, coriander, paprika
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine black beans, sweetcorn, avocado, mango, chilli, onion, garlic, and spices in a bowl.
  • 🔨 Mash and mix well to form a burger patty mixture.
  • 🍔 Form the mixture into patties.
