Ingredients
- 🫘 Black beans – canned, drained & rinsed
- 🌽 Sweetcorn – canned or frozen
- 🥑 Avocado – mashed
- 🥭 Mango – diced
- 🌶️ Chilli – finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍔 Burger buns
- 🧂 Spices – cumin, coriander, paprika
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine black beans, sweetcorn, avocado, mango, chilli, onion, garlic, and spices in a bowl.
- 🔨 Mash and mix well to form a burger patty mixture.
- 🍔 Form the mixture into patties.
- 🔥 Cook the patties in a pan or on a grill until heated through and slightly browned.
