Ingredients

- 🫒 Olive Oil – for searing

Instructions
- 🔥 Let steak sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.
- ♨️ Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet (cast iron preferred) until smoking hot.
- 🥩 Sear steak on all sides to develop a dark crust.
