Ingredients
- 🥩 Steak – 2 (ribeye or sirloin)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Pepper – to taste
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs – rosemary or thyme
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥩 Season steak with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 🥩 Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- 🧈 Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the pan. Baste the steak with the melted butter.
- ♨️ Let steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
