Ingredients

  • 🥩 Steak – 2 (ribeye or sirloin)

  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥩 Season steak with salt and pepper.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  • 🥩 Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • 🧈 Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the pan. Baste the steak with the melted butter.
