Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🥩 Beef – thinly sliced and marinated
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🥒 Cucumber – julienned
- 🥬 Spinach – blanched
- 🍳 Fried egg – 2
- 🌶️ Gochujang – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥩 Marinate and cook the beef until tender.
- 🥕 Prepare and lightly sauté each vegetable separately.
- 🍚 Place rice in a bowl and arrange vegetables and beef on top.
- 🍳 Top with a fried egg and a spoonful of gochujang.
- 🥄 Mix well before eating and enjoy!
