Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🥩 Beef – thinly sliced and marinated
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🥒 Cucumber – julienned
  • 🥬 Spinach – blanched
  • 🍳 Fried egg – 2
  • 🌶️ Gochujang – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥩 Marinate and cook the beef until tender.
  • 🥕 Prepare and lightly sauté each vegetable separately.
  • 🍚 Place rice in a bowl and arrange vegetables and beef on top.
  • 🍳 Top with a fried egg and a spoonful of gochujang.
  • 🥄 Mix well before eating and enjoy!
