Ingredients
- 🌶️ Chili Peppers – sliced (adjust to your spice level)
- 🧀 Cheese – Bhutanese or similar melting cheese, grated
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 💧 Water – or vegetable broth
- 🍚 Steamed Buns – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until softened.
- 🌶️ Add chili peppers and cook briefly to release their aroma.
- 🧀 Add cheese and a little water, then simmer until the cheese melts into a sauce.
- 🍚 Serve hot with steamed buns on the side.
