Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare kadhi: Mix besan and yogurt with water. Temper with spices.
- 🔥 Cook kadhi: Simmer until thickened.
- 🧅 Prepare pakoras: Mix besan, onions, and spices. Fry until golden.
- 🌱 Fry bhindi: Lightly fry chopped bhindi (okra).
- 🥘 Assemble: Add fried bhindi and pakoras to the kadhi. Garnish and serve.
