Ingredients

  • 🧠 Goat Brain – cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🧂Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🫚 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  • 🧂 Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • 🧠 Add the goat brain pieces and gently stir-fry until cooked.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
