Ingredients
- 🧠 Goat Brain – cleaned and cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🧂Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🫚 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- 🧂 Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 🧠 Add the goat brain pieces and gently stir-fry until cooked.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
