Ingredients
- 🫘 Chickpeas (Chole) – 1 cup soaked overnight
- 🧅 Onion – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chole Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🌾 All-Purpose Flour (for Bhature) – 2 cups
- 🥛 Yogurt (for Bhature) – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🍲 Cook chickpeas with salt until tender.
- 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden. Add tomatoes and chole masala, cook well.
- 🥘 Add cooked chickpeas to the masala and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- 🫓 Prepare Bhature dough, roll out and deep fry until golden brown.
- 🍽️ Serve hot Chole with Bhature.
