Ingredients

  • 🫘 Chickpeas (Chole) – 1 cup soaked overnight
  • 🧅 Onion – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chole Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🌾 All-Purpose Flour (for Bhature) – 2 cups
  • 🥛 Yogurt (for Bhature) – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌿 Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🍲 Cook chickpeas with salt until tender.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden. Add tomatoes and chole masala, cook well.
  • 🥘 Add cooked chickpeas to the masala and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • 🫓 Prepare Bhature dough, roll out and deep fry until golden brown.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot Chole with Bhature.
