Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken pieces – 1 kg
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic-ginger paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Garam masala – 1 tsp
- 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🔥 Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Fresh coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 🔥 Preheat oven or tandoor to medium-high heat.
- 🍢 Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
- ♨️ Cook in the oven or tandoor, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, about 20-25 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney and naan.
