Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken pieces – 1 kg
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic-ginger paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🔥 Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🌱 Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • 🔥 Preheat oven or tandoor to medium-high heat.
  • 🍢 Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  • ♨️ Cook in the oven or tandoor, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, about 20-25 minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney and naan.
