Ingredients
- 🫘 Besan (gram flour) – for the dough
- 🌾 Maida (all-purpose flour) – for the dough
- 🥥 Grated coconut – for the filling
- 🌱 Sesame seeds – for the filling
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – for the filling
- 🍋 Tamarind pulp – for the filling
- 🫘 Urad dal – for the filling
- 🌿 Coriander seeds – for the filling
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped for the filling
- 🍬 Sugar – for the filling
- 💧 Oil – for deep frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough with besan, maida and spices.
- 🔥 Sauté filling ingredients and grind to a coarse paste.
- 🍪 Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and form into rolls.
- 🔪 Cut into small pieces to form bhakarwadi.
- ♨️ Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Cool completely before storing.
