Ingredients
- 🥩 Mutton (Gosht) – 500g, cubed
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Spices (turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate mutton with ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt.
- ♨️ Traditionally cooked on a hot stone (Pathar). Alternatively, heat a heavy-bottomed pan or griddle.
- 🧅 Place marinated mutton pieces on the hot surface along with sliced onions and green chilies.
- 🥘 Cook the mutton, turning occasionally, until it's tender and cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
