Ingredients
- 💜 Beetroot – boiled and mashed
- 🫓 Kachori – ready-made or homemade
- 🥔 Potato – boiled and diced
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🥄 Yogurt – whisked
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- Tamarind chutney
- Mint chutney
- Sev – for garnish
Instructions
- 💜 Mash boiled beetroot and mix with spices.
- 🫓 Gently break a small hole on top of each kachori.
- 🥔 Fill the kachoris with mashed beetroot, potatoes, chickpeas, and onions.
- 🥄 Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney over the filling.
