Ingredients

  • 💜 Beetroot – boiled and mashed

  • 🥔 Potato – boiled and diced

  • 🥄 Yogurt – whisked
  • 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
  • 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Mint chutney
  • Sev – for garnish

Instructions

  • 💜 Mash boiled beetroot and mix with spices.
  • 🫓 Gently break a small hole on top of each kachori.
  • 🥔 Fill the kachoris with mashed beetroot, potatoes, chickpeas, and onions.
  • 🥄 Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney over the filling.
