Ingredients
- 🍚 Wheat Flour – 2 cups
- 🔴 Beetroot – 2 medium, boiled and mashed
- 🌶️ Green Chili – 1, finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🛢️ Oil/Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix wheat flour, mashed beetroot, green chili, coriander, and salt to form a dough.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- ⚪ Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
- 🔥 Heat a griddle and cook each paratha with oil or ghee until golden brown on both sides.
- 😋 Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
