Ingredients

  • 🍚 Wheat Flour – 2 cups
  • 🔴 Beetroot – 2 medium, boiled and mashed
  • 🌶️ Green Chili – 1, finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
  • 🛢️ Oil/Ghee – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix wheat flour, mashed beetroot, green chili, coriander, and salt to form a dough.
  • ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  • ⚪ Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
  • 🔥 Heat a griddle and cook each paratha with oil or ghee until golden brown on both sides.
  • 😋 Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
