Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef – thinly sliced
- 🍜 Yakisoba noodles – 8 oz
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – julienned
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🍶 Yakisoba sauce – to taste
- 🫘 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🛢️ Vegetable oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or wok and stir-fry the beef until browned.
- 🥕 Add onions, carrots, and cabbage, and stir-fry until softened.
- 🍜 Add the yakisoba noodles and sauce. Stir-fry until heated through.
- 🍶 Season with soy sauce to taste.
