Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef tongue – 1 lb
  • 🥖 Bread – 2 slices

Instructions

  • 🥘 Boil beef tongue with onion, bay leaf, salt, and pepper until tender.
  • 🔪 Let the tongue cool, then peel and slice thinly.
  • 🍞 Spread mayonnaise on bread slices.
  • 🥪 Layer sliced beef tongue on bread.
