Ingredients
- 🥩 Raw beef tenderloin – finely minced
- 🧅 Shallots – finely minced
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
- 🥚 Egg yolk – 2
- 🫙 Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
- 🥖 Bread or crackers – for serving
Instructions
- 🔪 Finely mince the raw beef tenderloin and shallots.
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine minced beef, shallots, parsley, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste, then gently mix everything together.
- 🧊 Chill the beef tartare in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
