Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef Ribs – 2 lbs
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Rosemary – 2 sprigs
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🧊 Beef Broth – 2 cups
  • 🍷 Red Wine – 1 cup (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear beef ribs on all sides in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  • 🧅 Add onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  • 🍷 Deglaze the pot with red wine (if using), then add beef broth and rosemary.
  • 🥘 Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 3 hours, or until the ribs are very tender.
  • ✨ Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, and serve.
