Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef – thinly sliced
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
  • 🌶️ Panang curry paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves – 3-4
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat coconut milk in a pan, add panang curry paste and stir until fragrant.
  • 🥩 Add beef and cook until browned.
  • 🍃 Add fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
