Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef – thinly sliced
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🌶️ Panang curry paste – 2 tbsp
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves – 3-4
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat coconut milk in a pan, add panang curry paste and stir until fragrant.
- 🥩 Add beef and cook until browned.
- 🍃 Add fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
