Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef cheeks – 4 pieces
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – 2 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Celery – 2 stalks, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🍷 Red wine – 1 cup
- 🌱 Beef broth – 4 cups
- 🌿 Thyme – 2 sprigs
- 🌿 Rosemary – 1 sprig
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🫘 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear beef cheeks in olive oil until browned on all sides.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, carrots, and celery until softened.
- 🧄 Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary; cook for 1 minute.
- 🍷 Deglaze the pot with red wine, scraping up any browned bits.
- 🌱 Add beef broth, return beef cheeks to the pot, and simmer for 3 hours or until tender.
- ✨ Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
