Ingredients
- 🫘 Dried beans – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onion – 1 chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – 1 chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Herbs – to taste
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Soak beans in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- ♨️ Drain and rinse the beans, then add to a pot with fresh water.
- 🥕 Add chopped onion, carrots, and garlic to the pot.
- 🔥 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until beans are tender.
- 🧂 Season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste, and serve.
