Ingredients
- 200g Shrimp π¦, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Olive oil π«
- 2 cloves Garlic π§, minced
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes π , halved
- 1/4 cup White wine π·
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley πΏ, chopped
- Salt π§ and pepper to taste
- 200g Linguine pasta π
- Lemon wedges π for serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. π
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. π₯
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. π§
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. π¦
- Add cherry tomatoes and white wine to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until tomatoes soften slightly. π π·
- Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper. πΏπ§
- Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp sauce. Toss to combine. π
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges. π
