Ingredients

  • 🕊️ Quail (Batair) – cleaned and prepped

  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Marinate the quail with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions in oil until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add the marinated quail and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
