Ingredients
- 🕊️ Quail (Batair) – cleaned and prepped
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate the quail with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🧅 Sauté onions in oil until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- 🥘 Add the marinated quail and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
