Ingredients

  • 🧀 Cream cheese – 24 oz
  • 🥚 Eggs – 5 large
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1 1/4 cups
  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 1 1/4 cups
  • 🍚 Flour – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • ♨️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 🥣 Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • 🥚 Add eggs one at a time, then mix in heavy cream and flour.
  • Pour into a parchment-lined springform pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, until top is dark brown and center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely before serving. 🍰
