Ingredients
- 🧀 Cream cheese – 24 oz
- 🥚 Eggs – 5 large
- 🍚 Sugar – 1 1/4 cups
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1 1/4 cups
- 🍚 Flour – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- ♨️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🥣 Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- 🥚 Add eggs one at a time, then mix in heavy cream and flour.
- Pour into a parchment-lined springform pan.
