Ingredients
- 🍚 Bao bun dough – for 8 buns
- 🥩 Pork belly – thinly sliced
- 🥬 Pickled cabbage – 1 cup
- 🌱 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🍶 Hoisin sauce – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Steam the bao buns until soft and fluffy.
- 🍳 Pan-fry or roast the pork belly until crispy.
- 🥣 Spread hoisin sauce inside each bun.
- 🥬 Add pork belly and pickled cabbage.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
