Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken cubes – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫑 Bell pepper – cubed
- 🌶️ Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🌶️ Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍢 Thread marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
- 🔥 Grill, bake, or pan-fry the skewers until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
