Ingredients

  • 🌿 Vietnamese coriander (rau ram) – chopped
  • 🥜 Roasted peanuts – crushed
  • 🌶️ Chili oil – to taste
  • 🐟 Dried shrimp – small amount
  • 🧅 Fried shallots – a sprinkle

Instructions

  • 🥭 In a bowl, combine shredded green mango, quail eggs, Vietnamese coriander, and dried shrimp.
  • 🍚 Add the rice paper strips to the bowl.
  • 🌶️ Drizzle with chili oil and add crushed peanuts and fried shallots.
  • 🥣 Toss everything together until well combined.
