Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice paper – cut into strips
- 🥭 Green mango – shredded
- 🥚 Quail eggs – boiled and halved
- 🌿 Vietnamese coriander (rau ram) – chopped
- 🥜 Roasted peanuts – crushed
- 🌶️ Chili oil – to taste
- 🐟 Dried shrimp – small amount
- 🧅 Fried shallots – a sprinkle
Instructions
- 🥭 In a bowl, combine shredded green mango, quail eggs, Vietnamese coriander, and dried shrimp.
- 🍚 Add the rice paper strips to the bowl.
- 🌶️ Drizzle with chili oil and add crushed peanuts and fried shallots.
- 🥣 Toss everything together until well combined.
