Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🥚 Eggs – 2, lightly beaten
- 🍗 Chicken or Shrimp – 1 cup, diced
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🥕 Carrots – ½ cup, diced
- 🧅 Onion – ½ cup, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp (optional)
- 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lime wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🍳 Scramble eggs in a wok or large pan and set aside.
- 🔥 Stir-fry protein and vegetables until tender and slightly browned.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and scrambled eggs to the pan.
- 🧂 Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and a pinch of sugar.
- 🥜 Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve with lime wedges.🍋
