Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2, lightly beaten
  • 🍗 Chicken or Shrimp – 1 cup, diced
  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
  • 🥕 Carrots – ½ cup, diced
  • 🧅 Onion – ½ cup, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp (optional)
  • 🥜 Peanuts – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lime wedges – for serving

Instructions

  • 🍳 Scramble eggs in a wok or large pan and set aside.
  • 🔥 Stir-fry protein and vegetables until tender and slightly browned.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and scrambled eggs to the pan.
  • 🧂 Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and a pinch of sugar.
  • 🥜 Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve with lime wedges.🍋
