Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 4 cups
  • 🫘 Almonds – 1/4 cup, soaked
  • 🌻 Sunflower Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fennel Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • 🌹 Rose Petals – 1 tbsp (dried)
  • 🍬 Sugar – to taste
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧊 Ice cubes - for serving

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak almonds, sunflower seeds, fennel seeds and rose petals in warm water for at least 2 hours.
  • ✨ Grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth paste with a little milk.
  • 🥛 Mix the paste with the remaining milk and sugar. Adjust sweetness as per taste.
  • 🧊 Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🍹 Serve cold with ice cubes and garnish with chopped nuts or rose petals.
