Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 4 cups
- 🫘 Almonds – 1/4 cup, soaked
- 🌻 Sunflower Seeds – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fennel Seeds – 1 tbsp
- 🌹 Rose Petals – 1 tbsp (dried)
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧊 Ice cubes - for serving
Instructions
- 💧 Soak almonds, sunflower seeds, fennel seeds and rose petals in warm water for at least 2 hours.
- ✨ Grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth paste with a little milk.
- 🥛 Mix the paste with the remaining milk and sugar. Adjust sweetness as per taste.
- 🧊 Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍹 Serve cold with ice cubes and garnish with chopped nuts or rose petals.
