Ingredients
- 🌿 Betel leaves – fresh and clean
- 🍬 Gulkand – 2 tbsp
- 🥥 Grated coconut – 1 tbsp
- 🍒 Candied cherries – chopped
- 🌰 Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lime juice – a few drops
Instructions
- 🌿 Gently wash and pat dry the betel leaves.
- 🥄 Spread a layer of gulkand on each leaf.
- 🥥 Sprinkle grated coconut, candied cherries, and fennel seeds over the gulkand.
- 🍋 Add a few drops of lime juice for flavor.
- 🍃 Fold the betel leaf neatly and secure with a clove or toothpick (optional). Serve fresh.
