Ingredients

  • 🥔 Boiled Potatoes – diced
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
  • 🥄 Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🫙 Tamarind Chutney – to taste
  • 🫙 Green Chutney – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥔 Combine boiled potatoes, chickpeas, onions, and tomatoes in a bowl.
  • 🌶️ Add green chilies if using, along with chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
  • 🥄 Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • 🫙 Add tamarind chutney and green chutney according to your preference.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
