Ingredients
- 🥔 Boiled Potatoes – diced
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🥄 Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- 🫙 Tamarind Chutney – to taste
- 🫙 Green Chutney – to taste
Instructions
- 🥔 Combine boiled potatoes, chickpeas, onions, and tomatoes in a bowl.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies if using, along with chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
- 🥄 Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- 🫙 Add tamarind chutney and green chutney according to your preference.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
