Ingredients
- 🍦 Ice cream – your favorite flavor

Instructions
- 🍰 Place the sponge cake on a baking sheet.
- 🍦 Shape the ice cream on top of the cake.
- 🥚 Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Add lemon juice.
- ✨ Cover the ice cream and cake completely with meringue.
