Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🍰 Place the sponge cake on a baking sheet.
  • 🍦 Shape the ice cream on top of the cake.
  • 🥚 Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Add lemon juice.
  • ✨ Cover the ice cream and cake completely with meringue.
  • 🔥 Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (232°C) for 3-5 minutes, or until the meringue is golden brown.
