Ingredients

  • 🌾 Wheat flour – for Baati
  • 🥔 Potatoes – for Chokha
  • 🍆 Eggplant – for Chokha
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – for Chokha
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
  • 🍶 Ghee – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Prepare Baati dough and bake or cook over charcoal until golden brown.
  • 🍆 Roast eggplant, potatoes, and tomatoes for Chokha until soft.
  • 🥔 Mash the roasted vegetables and mix with chopped onions, garlic, chilies, and coriander.
  • 🍋 Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • 🥣 Serve Baati with Chokha, topped with ghee. Enjoy the Thali!
