Ingredients
- 🌾 Wheat flour – for Baati
- 🥔 Potatoes – for Chokha
- 🍆 Eggplant – for Chokha
- 🍅 Tomatoes – for Chokha
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
- 🍶 Ghee – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare Baati dough and bake or cook over charcoal until golden brown.
- 🍆 Roast eggplant, potatoes, and tomatoes for Chokha until soft.
- 🥔 Mash the roasted vegetables and mix with chopped onions, garlic, chilies, and coriander.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well.
- 🥣 Serve Baati with Chokha, topped with ghee. Enjoy the Thali!
