- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Bean sprouts
- 🍋 Lime wedges
- 🌶️ Chili flakes
- 🌴 Palm sugar
- 🐟 Fish sauce
Instructions
- ♨️ Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened.
- 🍳 Scramble eggs in a wok or large pan.
- 🍤 Add shrimp/tofu and garlic; cook until browned.
- 🍜 Add noodles and Pad Thai sauce; stir-fry until heated through.
