  • 🌴 Palm sugar
  • 🐟 Fish sauce

Instructions

  • ♨️ Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened.
  • 🍳 Scramble eggs in a wok or large pan.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp/tofu and garlic; cook until browned.
  • 🍜 Add noodles and Pad Thai sauce; stir-fry until heated through.
