Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – peeled and cut into chips
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Vegetable oil – for frying
- 🍟 Seasoning – Aussie-style chicken salt or similar
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- 💧 Rinse the cut potatoes in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- 🍟 Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- 🧂 Remove the chips from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season immediately with salt and Aussie-style chicken salt.
