Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – peeled and cut into chips
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Vegetable oil – for frying
  • 🍟 Seasoning – Aussie-style chicken salt or similar

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • 💧 Rinse the cut potatoes in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • 🍟 Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🧂 Remove the chips from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season immediately with salt and Aussie-style chicken salt.
  • ✨ Serve hot and enjoy!
