Ingredients
- 🥟 Momo wrappers
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – grated
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🥩 Ground meat (chicken/pork/veg)
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – minced
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🍶 Soy sauce
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients well in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges with water and pleat to seal the momo.
- ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or spicy dipping sauce.
