Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momo wrappers
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – grated
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🥩 Ground meat (chicken/pork/veg)
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – minced
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🍶 Soy sauce

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients well in a bowl.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges with water and pleat to seal the momo.
  • ♨️ Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or spicy dipping sauce.
